Refurbishment
This section deals with the Renovation or Restoration of premises needing updating as a consequence of expansion, contraction or reorganising of your residential or commercial premises.
Residential – New bathroom, kitchen, living room, bedroom, home office or other new refurbishments
Commercial – New boardrooms, open/closed plan offices, kitchen or communal areas

- We provide all employees with the necessary contractor and liability insurance through FORA, salary corresponding to collective agreements and private company assistance insurance through Vardforsakring foretag – DVK Halsa.
- Provide full transparency during contract negotiation and agreement of project schedule, cost and budget control
- All work will be carried out ensuring minimal impact to the customer. A clean and safe working environment will be created until the project is complete after which all waste material rendered from the project will be disposed in an environmental manner of by SRES-Sweden.
